By purchasing or engaging any services provided by Saaiko Nexus, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this No Refund Policy.

1. No Refunds on Services

All payments made for services, including but not limited to:

  • growth system development
  • consulting services
  • marketing strategy
  • performance marketing management
  • funnel architectureautomation setup
  • CRM implementation
  • digital infrastructure services


are final and non-refundable once the service engagement has commenced.

This policy applies regardless of project progress, campaign performance, or client expectations.

2. Strategy and Consulting Services

Payments made for strategy development, consulting sessions, audits, or advisory services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or initiated.

These services involve time, expertise, and intellectual resources that cannot be reversed or returned.

3. Advertising Spend

Any advertising budgets paid directly to platforms such as:

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • other third-party advertising platforms

are not controlled by Saaiko Nexus and therefore cannot be refunded by us.

Clients are responsible for managing advertising budgets according to the policies of those platforms.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • reviewing proposals before making payments
  • understanding the scope of services
  • communicating requirements clearly

By proceeding with payment, the client confirms acceptance of the service scope and the non-refundable nature of the engagement.

5. Project Delays

Refunds will not be issued for project delays caused by:

  • delayed communication from the client
  • missing approvals or required materials
  • incomplete information provided by the client

Such delays may impact project timelines but do not qualify for refunds.

6. Service Termination

If a client chooses to discontinue services after a project has started, payments already made will remain non-refundable.

Any remaining work may be paused or terminated according to the applicable service agreement.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations, Saaiko Nexus may choose, at its sole discretion, to provide partial service adjustments or alternative solutions. However, refunds are not guaranteed and remain entirely at the company’s discretion.

8. Agreement to Policy

By engaging with Saaiko Nexus services or making any payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
